Nutty Green Bliss Granola
Embark on a crunchy adventure with our Nutty Green Bliss Granola! A harmonious mix of rolled oats and a medley of nuts, seeds, and energizing matcha powder, all sweetened with rich maple syrup. Each bite transports you to a zen garden of flavor, perfect for fueling your day or a mindful snack!
Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
3 ½ tbs almonds
1 ¼ tsp pumpkin seeds
3 ½ tbs walnuts
1 ¼ tsp sunflower seeds
3 ½ tbs pecans
3 ½ tbs pistachios
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup olive oil
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp matcha powder
¼ cup dried currants
¼ cup raisins

Prep

Preheat the oven to 150ºC (300ºF). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.

Chop any large ingredients into smaller pieces.
Dry Mixture

In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pecans and pistachios.
Wet Mixture

In a saucepan set over low heat, warm the maple syrup, olive oil, salt and matcha powder. Keep stirring until fully mixed, then remove from the heat.
Bake

Fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture, making sure the dry ingredients are thoroughly coated.

Spread the granola mixture over the prepared baking sheet.

Bake until dry and lightly golden-brown, 35 to 45 minutes, stirring the granola halfway through.

Remove the granola from the oven. Mix in the dried currants and raisins.

Allow to cool to room temperature before transferring to an airtight storage container.
